Love this! I finally picked swimming back up this month, and while we don’t own a scale, I’m excited to hopefully lose a little of the baby weight from #2 (you know, 18 months ago 😂). I’m also looking into some moderate strength training because I’ve heard it’s really good for moms, and the frequency with which I hear that is getting aggressive 😂😂

I'm still carrying some of the sympathy weight around…8 years later.

Great job! Now for the next phase of your challenge. Resisting to eat all of the Halloween candy!

This is amazing and inspiring. As promised, I'll share a mini update here as you're wildly inspiring.

October's update: 240 lbs

This update: 233.8 lbs

I also did some fasting for a specific intention and i've decided to just keep that going. Basically what I've been doing is a variation on OMAD. I won't eat before noon and sometimes push a few hours into the evening, and then i'll eat dinner and maybe snack a bit but once I stop eating I try to go clean fasting until the next day.

After my primary intention was accomplished, I re-introduced creamer into my coffee so it's not a clean fast anymore but it's still working for me just not as efficiently.

I mentioned in October that I want to work in exercise. I'm working towards that but due to various stressors it just hasn't happened. More to come on this by the next update!

KEEP GOING WALTHER this is amazing!

The rowing machine routine sounds super difficult to me. Maybe that means I should try it but it sounds too hard.

It's not a natural movement, so it takes some time to learn the mechanics of it. Check out this guy if you want to learn some basics: https://www.youtube.com/c/DarkHorseRowing

It hasn't been that bad in terms of volume but I also don't want to injure myself, you know? I did however go a tad too hard on the intervals and paid for it the next day.
