Slow Horses ( & Will Trent!)

We hate huge venues so rarely go to hear live music anymore, and we just don’t go out much anymore!

Sleep, sleep, sleep ( get under the covers and sweat) drink chicken bone broth ( I go for fresh ginger, a parboiled egg & ramen in it); as you feel like eating more solids you can add shredded chicken and fresh garlic and the best - in blender; cut a fresh lemon or two or more in quarters, add cut fresh ginger - at least a finger length, a dash of black pepper, and a quarter teaspoon turmeric with about a cup of water & blitz, add a lot of honey, blitz again. Spoon into a cup, add hot water. Drink this all day.

1. Don’t watch tv but if I do it’s 1950s sitcoms.

2. Don’t go to concerts. I hate crowds.

I have to say Rings of Power season 2 is much better than the first. They are bringing in new characters, filling gaps and sticking to the spirit of the Lord if the Rings better.

Brina and have lamented finishing Brooklyn 99. Such a funny show!
